The new establishment bears the signature of Chef Chloe Facchini, a renowned Italian chef from Bologna who built her career between Italy and France, having worked in prestigious kitchens. With a strong connection to traditional Italian cuisine, she became a familiar face on Italian television through the culinary programs “La Prova del Cuoco” and “È sempre Mezzogiorno”, both aired on Rai 1. Today, her passion for cooking is reflected in the concept behind Pane & Cuore, where bread and artisanal ingredients take center stage.
Inspired by the classic neighborhood grocery stores and the hidden bottegas of Italian streets, this new space brings the essence of simplicity and the quality of Italian gastronomy into a cosmopolitan setting.
The selection of products at Pane & Cuore highlights bread as the central element: Pane Pizza, Focaccia, Pane al Latte, Rosetta, Ciabatta, and Piadinas are some of the available options. The offering also extends to traditional Italian pastries, with specialties such as Tiramisù, Maritozzo, and Cannoli – flavors that evoke memories and invite a moment of pause before the next journey.
More than just a place to eat, Pane & Cuore is a meeting point, where bread and heart come together to create a simple, unpretentious, and genuine experience. Here, time slows down: authenticity is found in the flavor and the act of eating with your hands, just as it’s done in Italy.
